Mobilities: International Borders, Borderlands, and Bordercities – A Visual Perspective” ,and collaborations (2019) in the area of image making and chronic pain with the Slade School of Art, London. The most recent addition to her oeuvre was her self curated project (2020-21), a two-phase project “To Navigate”, which was carried out between three continents and was exhibited online and at her studio in New Delhi. The first phase of the project consisted of a private-public urban intervention installed at her residence in New Delhi.
Born in 1985, is a visual artist based in London and Delhi. She works in painting, drawing and mixed media.
Academics
Her art practice is informed by her background in spatial design and urban planning. She was born in India and spent her earliest years in Kuwait where her parents were working as doctors, until the Gulf war, during which they had to evacuate. During her early adult life, she moved again - cities and countries - for education, work and travel.
