Himani Gupta

Born in 1985, is a visual artist based in London and Delhi. She works in painting, drawing and mixed media. Her art practice is informed by her background in spatial design and urban planning. She was born in India and spent her earliest years in Kuwait where her parents were working as doctors, until the Gulf war, during which they had to evacuate. During her early adult life, she moved again - again in many cities and countries - for education, work and travel.
