She earned her BFA in Sculpture from Kurukshetra University in 2018 and her MFA in Sculpture from the College of Art, University of Delhi, in 2020.
Arya's poignant installations transform industrial materials into symbols of feminized labor. Her solo exhibitions include "Stitched" at Triveni Art Gallery and "I Sew My Life Against My Own" at the Serendipity Art Festival. She has participated in notable residencies such as the KHOJ Peers Residency (2022) and the Serendipity Art Residency (2023), and her work has been showcased at prestigious venues like the India Art Fair, Vis-A-Vis Gallery, STIR, and Art Incept Gallery (2023).
