Mitali has showcased her work in both solo and group exhibitions across India. Her solo exhibitions include "Goosebumps" at Nippon Art Gallery in Mumbai in 2020 and an online show with The Circle Art Collective in 2022. She has participated in several group exhibitions, such as the annual exhibition at Rajya Charukala Parshad in Kolkata, where she received a Certificate of Merit in 2023, and the Abir First Take in Gujarat in 2024.
